From Cells to Canvas: Help Us Bring Art, Healing, and Hope to PNM South

Art has the power to heal and transform, especially for those who face the harsh realities of mass incarceration.

(De)serving Life is partnering with Golden Forwardto support artist and (De)serving Life client Larry Lyannas who is teaching an art class at PNM South in Santa Fe..

Larry’s class offers incarcerated people the opportunity to learn drawing and painting skills. To get this project started, we’re asking for our community’s help to raise $4,500 to cover the cost of art supplies, including acrylic paints, brushes, canvas panels, and more.

Every dollar will go toward materials that will empower participants to explore their creative self expression and feel the love that comes from creating art.

Your support can make a real difference.

Together, we can show how invested our community is in supporting hope and healing through the transformative power of art.
